The Red wine is ruby in colour with delicate nuances of ripe red berries with a subdued woody flavour. An elegant bouquet of spice and fine tannins result in a perfect harmony of body and acidity. A perfect compliment with meat and cheese dishes. The Dry Rose is a pleasant pink tone with an intense aroma of red berries, mixed with a fruity tropical flavour. Pleasant acid tones making a fresh and appealing combination of flavours. Excellent with any type of summer dishes (seafood, fish and salads) and also an excellent aperitif.
